We have three guest apartments available to choose from - one is in North East Seattle (Laurelhurst) and two are in Central East Seattle (Montlake) neighborhoods. Laurelhurst and Montlake are both upscale, quiet and safe neighborhoods of single-family homes. Experience the 'old' Seattle lifestyle in modern and stylish private apartments! You will feel far away from the city hustle-bustle yet super close to everything Seattle has to offer.
Laurelhurst one-bedroom is located on the first floor of our house in Laurelhurst, which is a hilly peninsula just East of UW surrounded on three sides by Lake Washington and Union Bay. We are walking distance to Seattle's Children's Hospital and minutes away from UW, Husky Stadium and UW Medical Center. Walking through our neighborhood, you could see both Olympic and Cascade Mountains as well as Mt. Rainier, UW Husky Stadium, the top of the Space Needle and lights from Capitol Hill, Downtown Seattle, Queen Anne Hill and University District all on the same walk!
Montlake one- and two-bedroom apartments are located on the lower level of our family house in Montlake, which is a wonderful neighborhood in the heart of Seattle right next to the University of Washington Arboretum and just South of UW. UW Arboretum is considered to be one of the best in the country! From our house, it's just a block away and you can easily walk there, as well as to the shores of Lake Washington, Japanese Garden, Interlaken Park with hiking trails, and many wonderful restaurants and businesses in Madison Valley and Montlake, all while enjoying beautiful homes and gardens along the way.

The one bedroom apartment in Laurelhurst is on the ground floor of our 1926 Mediterranean style house with a full kitchen and laundry washer and dryer. In the bedroom you'll find a Queen size memory foam bed, closet with organizer, and a Smart TV. The living room has a comfy couch which converts into a second Queen sized bed, electric fireplace and a coffee table which unfolds into a dining room table or a work desk. The bathroom is super cozy with heated floors. You will also have your own large deck with outdoor furniture and a gas fire pit to enjoy!
The one bedroom and two bedrooms apartments in Montlake are on the lower level of our family 1947 Mid Century Modern house with a full kitchen and laundry washer and dryer in each. Every bedroom has a Queen size memory foam bed, closet with an organizer, and a large egress window. The two-bedroom living room has a fireplace with an amazing electric insert. All bathrooms are super cozy with heated floors. You will also have a shared deck right outside for your use and a wonderful shared private back yard to enjoy!
We are a small family run operation - we do everything ourselves with lots of attention to cleanliness and all the details! We've been hosting for 5 years in Laurelhurst and just added the Montlake apartments. We love hosting and hearing wonderful positive feedback from our guests is super rewarding!
