in your own very private guest apartment located on the first floor of our house in Laurelhurst, which is one of Seattle's most upscale, single-family-homes neighborhoods - a hill peninsula surrounded on three sides by Lake Washington and Union Bay. We are seemingly far away from the city hustle-bustle, it's very quiet and safe, yet super close to all that Seattle has to offer. We are walking distance to Seattle's Children's Hospital and minutes away from UW, Husky Stadium and UW Medical Center. Walking through our neighborhood, you could see both Olympic and Cascade Mountains as well as Mt. Rainier, UW Husky Stadium, the top of the Space Needle and lights from Capitol Hill, Downtown Seattle, Queen Anne Hill and University District all on the same walk!

We offer a home away from home - one bedroom one bath apartment on the ground floor of our 1926 Mediterranean house with a full kitchen and laundry washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you might need for a short or longer stay. The bedroom has a Queen size memory foam bed with a closet, storage in bedside tables and Smart TV. The living room has a comfy couch which converts into another Queen sized bed, electric fireplace and a coffee table that unfolds into a dining room table or a work desk. The bathroom has heated floors and hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap and laundry supplies. You will also have your own large deck with outdoor furniture and a gas fire pit to enjoy! We are a small family run operation - we do everything ourselves with lots of attention to cleanliness and all the details!
